Founder & Representative:Mitsuki Matsuda
After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, Mitsuki has worked at Warner Music Japan (A&R), Tokyo University of the Arts Faculty of Music (PR & Marketing), Tomplay (Japan General Manager), Embassy of Switzerland in Japan (Cultural & Public Affairs Officer), Accenture (Management Consultant), and Music Ally Japan (General Manager).
She currently serves as a judge for the Japan Classical Music Competition and Choir Director for the Elizabeth Street United Methodist Church.




Collaborator:Chaz Jenkins
Chaz Jenkins is Chief Commercial Officer at Chartmetric, the world’s leading market analytics service for the music industry. Chartmetric’s clients include 5000 organizations globally, including major and independent record labels, digital services, concert promoters and companies in industries as varied as fashion, sports, movies and finance. In addition, tens of thousands of artists also use Chartmetric to market themselves more effectively. Chaz also advises companies on artist development, digital business and commercial strategy. Having started his career in the 1990s as a nightclub manager and concert promoter in the UK, he moved into classical music. Whilst marketing concerts for the London Symphony Orchestra, he launched the LSO Live label in 1999. LSO Live’s recordings have won numerous awards globally, including multiple Grammy Awards. LSO Live was one of the first examples in any genre of an artist-owned label. Chaz went on to help many other orchestras and classical artists to launch their own label, as well as working with YouTube and Apple on global music projects. He subsequently worked at Universal Music Group as VP International Marketing before launching his own artist management company and helping launch several music tech startups including Chartmetric. Chaz has also advised the UK and EU governments on digital media policy and spoken widely at conferences including Google Zeitgeist, MIDEM and SXSW.


Collaborator:Fumihide Miyamoto
After graduating from Toho Gakuen School of Music, Fumihide performed professionally as a violinist and violist before studying in Vienna. Upon returning to Japan, he left performing after six months and joined a printing company. He moved into event planning and production as an assistant at Tokyo University of the Arts (2011-2013), then managed Suntory's PS operations (2014). As Associate Professor at Tokyo University of the Arts (2015-2019), he launched the Ministry of Education's early childhood music education project and Tokyo Geidai Junior Academy, helping the university achieve the highest government ranking among all national universities in Japan. He also worked on NHK programs and live streaming for La Folle Journée and Ongaku Matsuri Festival. Since November 2019, he has been at Showa University of Music, where he founded the Strings Academy in 2023—open to professionals and amateurs of all ages. He also plays Monsarrat in the academy show "Teach Me♪ Ryo-chan Sensei."

Collaborator:Hirokazu Tanaka
With extensive experience across major global music companies in operations, business development, and management, Hirokazu now partners with independent artists and entertainment startups, helping them succeed both in Japan and internationally.


Collaborator:Takayuki Iwasaki
Born in Saitama in 1979, Takayuki graduated from Waseda University in 2003 and joined Nikkei Inc. the same year. After working in political news, the Kanazawa bureau, and social affairs, he covered music (jazz, classical, and more) and literature for the Culture Department (2013-2020). He also served as Saitama Bureau Chief and Deputy Director of the Regional News Center. He left Nikkei in September 2024 and joined a publishing company in October. He specializes in arts and culture, with extensive contributions to music magazines and online media.
His experience covering the Great East Japan Earthquake and Fukushima nuclear disaster sparked his strong interest in environmental issues and regional revitalization.


Collaborator:Toshitake Nakamura
Born in 1973 into a family that ran a music school, Akitake studied violin, piano, and solfège from childhood. After graduating from Waseda University, he worked at JASRAC before joining the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers in 2000, teaching violin for two years in Damascus, Syria. Back in Japan, he worked at the Japan Symphony Orchestra Association managing international artist tours before founding Tempo Primo Inc. in 2009.
He has managed performances by world-class artists including Daniel Barenboim (piano), Ivry Gitlis (violin), Christian Thielemann conducting the Staatskapelle Berlin, and Alan Gilbert conducting the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra.
He serves on the board of the Japan Association of Classic Music Promoters and is Representative Organizer of Seishin-juku Tokyo.
